PCBA Business Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through professional execution of sales and account management strategies, identifying and managing sales opportunities, and develop new accounts
  • Build and maintain customer relationship at all levels as well as improving customer satisfaction through understanding, supporting and providing innovative solutions to customers¡¯ needs
  • Ensure customer intimate relationship and customer satisfaction by providing quality service to customer in terms of timely delivery, quality, process conformance and test procedures
  • Responsible for the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, proposals and quotations , to closing

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with SMT process and having at least 5 years SMT equipment sales management experience
  • Proven successful track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets as well as managing and developing new accounts
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and account management skills, good in keeping relationship with customers
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer applications including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word

 

PCBA Service Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily service activities, ensuring the delivery of services is integrated consistently within operations, and that appropriate support is available.
  • Supervise the work of service team by facilitating and tracking project status, identifying problems and issues, allocating appropriate resources, and ensuring that technical support services are completed on schedule and at the highest level of quality
  • Maintain a good relationship with our main principals / key accounts by meeting and visiting regularly
  • Provide intensive product training to service engineers

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in engineering, automation control or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years¡¯ SMT experience, factory process/field service management experience
  • At least 5 years¡¯ maintenance management experience in SMT pick and place machines
  • Software knowledge and familiar with machine interface and application software
  • Solid experience in conducting training
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), knowledge of Japanese is preferable.
